Hi! I’m Tania Malik.

My passion for sports and fitness started at a young age when I participated in competitive tennis for 10 years. After my active lifestyle stopped and normal life took over, I saw myself gain a ton of weight and was not confident on how to keep it off. I started spending hours on the elliptical machine and only ate salads as my meals, but didn’t see any changes in my body. That’s when I discovered weightlifting and flexible dieting.

Why is weightlifting more beneficial than cardio? Your body burns way more calories when you lift weights in comparison to cardio because building muscle is key to increasing your resting metabolism. The more fat you convert into muscle, the more calories your body is able to burn at a faster rate, even when not working out! This is how you can actually eat more calories but shed weight at the same time, which is where flexible dieting comes into play - The beauty of eating all the foods you love and still allowing yourself to let loose a few meals a week so that you still achieve your weight loss or fitness goals!
